Position: Customer Service Specialist (Maternity leave)

Main Purpose of Job

  • Customer Service – Order Entry, Inventory Management and field support

Key Responsibilities

Primary Objectives

  • Customer Satisfaction

  • Operation excellence

  • Ensure all PO and non PO orders are processed accordingly

  • Apply with procedures

Top responsibilities

  • Order processing and follow through order fulfillment

  • Promptly address customer and sales force queries on processed an in process orders

  • Monitor consignment stock levels and coordinate/follow up stock counts

  • Compliance with local/Corporate policies and procedures

  • Inventory management

  • Ability to deal with complaints tactfully, calmly and politely

  • Team player

  • Overcome obstacles

Minimum requirements: Skills and experience 

  • High school degree – preferred 2 years post high school

  • Proficient in Order Processing software and Microsoft Word

  • Superior customer oriented telephone skills

  • Basic product and cath lab processes knowledge

  • Efficient record keeping skills

  • English - B2
