Essential Job Functions:
• Assist in the management and operation of network infrastructure, providing support to the customer and overall delivery team.
• Contribute to the implementation of network infrastructure strategies and projects.
• Help maintain the performance and availability of network systems while troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand their infrastructure requirements, support design and/or implementation, and troubleshoot problems.
• Participate in the implementation of best practices and process improvements within the network  services area.
• Assist/lead the development of network documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
• Contribute to the optimization of resource allocation for network infrastructure tasks and projects.
• Effectively communication to provide cross-functional support and collaborate with team members and the customer.

Basic Qualifications:
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in network services delivery, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.

• Senior-level network infrastructure knowledge and experience in large enterprise environments

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with enterprise wireless networking technologies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology management
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus

• Cisco ISE experience a plus
• Private LTE networking experience a plus

• Relevant certification(s), such as CCNP, are a plus

After on-boarding will participate in off-hours on-call rotation that could require occasional overnight/weekend support.
