A key role in ensuring the quality of production processes, improving performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while linking Quality Assurance with Manufacturing processes to ensure that products meet customer requirements and applicable regulations.

How you will contribute

You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to pay attention to details and to direct the activity towards efficient solutions
• Monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify and remedy non-conformities
• Implementing and maintaining process control and quality assurance methodologies
• Active participation in performing root cause analyses and establishing corrective and preventive actions (RCA / CAPA)
• Involvement in identifying sources of contamination (SOC) and hard-to-reach areas (HTR)
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for the introduction and launch of new products
• Support in internal, customer or certification audits
• Participation in conducting food safety investigations (SGA)
• Training production personnel on quality standards and procedures
• Monitoring critical physical-chemical and organoleptic parameters (CTQ) to ensure compliance
• Updating and maintaining quality documentation
• Involvement in loss analysis and related process improvement

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Minimum of two years of experience in quality control or process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies
• Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems and in compliance with international standards
• Rigorous analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken

Please note this position is based in our Clinceni Plant and requires shift pattern availability
