Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supports Division Vice President with correspondence, presentations, calendar and other administrative functions.
  • Greeting clients and guests to the office
  • Manages day to day operations of the division office, including mail, supplies and sales literature inventories
  • Creates and distributes statistical reports tracking Financial Professionals’ progress on goals
  • Assists Financial Professionals with technology, paperwork and form usage
  • Training new Financial Professionals on paperwork processes and marketing tools
  • MS Word Processing, Excel spread sheets, PowerPoint presentations and some data entry
  • Interacts with clients and group contacts on behalf of the Financial Professionals and/or Division Vice Presidents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a financial services environment would be helpful
  • Minimum of 2 years of office experience
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Must be familiar with MS office suite; strong Microsoft Excel skills a plus
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills is required
  • Strong administrative and communication skills is required
  • Self-starter with strong follow through on projects
  • Strong independent work ethic
  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • This is NOT a virtual position. Must live within 30 miles of Grand Rapids or Auburn Hills, MI
