Job Description

Job Summary

Evaluates and documents existing operational requirements as they relate to system configuration. Works closely with project and operational leadership to ensure seamless communication and planning during system migration(s).

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzes current processes and systems to determine unique requirements.​

  • Documents data and system requirements according to the current and future needs of the business.

  • Coordinates with project team and operational leadership to ensure seamless communication and planning during system migration(s). 

  • Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how operation integrates within the organization

  • Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline​

  • Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals​

  • Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents​

  • Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner​

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members​

  • Individual contributor working with limited oversight​

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

Experience

  • Typically requires 2+ years of title insurance and escrow related work experience

  • Typically requires 2+ years of experience with process and/or documenting system and/or process requirements
