Responsible for managing commercial relationships for the Middle Market and ABL divisions for M&T Bank's commercial bank in New England. This will include managing a staff of relationship managers who are responsible for growing the market and including developing and servicing significant client relationships.
Provide oversight of negotiations for all transactions handled by the team. Negotiate, structure and approve loans and terms within lending limits.
Overall responsibility for risk management, staff development and sales management of team.
Manage a staff of relationship managers.
Bachelor's Degree or four years relevant experience.
Ten year's commercial lending experience.
Previous sales management experience.
Knowledge of banking credit principals.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Relationship Management skills.
MBA Preferred.
