Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will engage in the development of comprehensive testing architectures that leverage innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding strategic direction to enhance the overall quality of software products. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that testing processes align with organizational goals, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and across departments.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with performance testing and load testing strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

Core solution designer/Architect.
Must have hands on experience with solutioning/architecting experience for AWS and Microsoft Stack(C#, SQL)
Good to have UK s Mortgages Sales origination lifecycle knowledge.
Good to have understanding/knowledge about Pega s capabilities.
Understanding of Microservices.
Mongo DB: we use MongoDB Atlas for our cloud solutions, so understanding of that or similar noSQL DB would be useful.
