Summary:
In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role includes overseeing the scalability and performance of solutions while aligning technical efforts with broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the individual coordinates with various stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and maintain a cohesive development environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to full stack development.
- Experience in managing code repositories, version control, and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to optimize application performance and scalability in complex software environments.
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools within the .Net ecosystem.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
