Introduction

This role is responsible for leading global manufacturing programs across fabs. The role drives cross functional execution, program governance, and operational alignment across regions to ensure consistent delivery of strategic manufacturing initiatives.

Your responsibilities

Global Program Management

• Drive new program introduction execution from mask tapeout, process set up, to wafer production.

• Lead and manage global manufacturing programs spanning multiple fabs and functions.

• Drive end to end program execution, including scope definition, milestones, dependencies, and risk management.

• Coordinate cross functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Facilities, and external partners.

Governance, OKRs & Executive Reporting

• Establish and run program governance cadence, including reviews, escalation mechanisms, and executive updates.

• Drive centralized tracking of program OKRs and performance metrics in collaboration with Data Strategy & Visualization teams.

• Provide consolidated program status, risk assessments, and forward looking outlooks to senior management.

• Ensure alignment between fab execution plans and global manufacturing strategy.

• Act as a central coordination point to resolve cross fab issues and bottlenecks impacting program delivery.

• Influences senior level decision making through structured governance and reporting.

Requirements

• Experiences in semiconductor process and manufacturing operations.

• Proven experience in program management within complex manufacturing or operations environments.

• Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience operating in a global, multi‑site organization.

• Ability to drive structured governance, execution discipline, and executive‑level communication.
