Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. We are the #1 global market leader in Wireless-WAN based enterprise connectivity solutions and are growing fast in enterprise Private 5G networks and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) solutions.
We are looking for a Head of Strategy Development who wants to be part of a team to grow our Business Area Enterprise Wireless (BEWS) business and be responsible for Leading Key strategic questions within the BA.
We are seeking an experienced management consultant to join our high-performing and fast-paced team and be part of shaping the future of Ericsson and the telecoms industry. In this role, you will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across Strategy, Technology, Business Development, Commercial Management, Sales, and Delivery. This role requires strong thought leadership and trusted advisor capabilities to advance high impact deliverables cross multiple disciplines.

This role reports directly to the Head of Strategy & Alliances, BEWS.
Oversee and lead Strategy development for BEWS in collaboration with business lines, finance, and commercial functions.
Lead the strategic elements of the business planning cycle to ensure our ability to meet targets and define investments priorities & levels (Capability Resource Allocation) across portfolio, analyze portfolio performance.
Effectively manage and interact with senior executive project sponsors, and engage key stakeholders & subject matter experts, to deliver on project objectives & deliverables.
Leverage own broad & deep expertise and experience across strategy- and technology topics.
Analyze and articulate, with distinction and authority, the strategic- and economic implications of technology trends, events, and scenarios.
Act as a trusted advisor to CEO and Leadership team of BEWS.
Drive strategic projects in support of BA and group KSQ activities with a particular focus on scaling the Ericson Enterprise business.
Lead by example in embedding Ericsson on the Move’s 5 focus areas (Empathy & Humanness, Fact-Based Decision Making, Execute Speedily, Cooperation & Collaboration, and Speak Up) within your organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ten (10+) years of experience in Strategy and/or technology roles in high-tech/Telecom
Bachelor's degree in a technology field
Strong consultative competence across both Strategy and transformation
Excellent executive level communication, presentations and listening skills, with ability to communicate complex technical subjects in a non-technical way to influence at an Executive/Senior Level
Proven experience of delivering impactful advice and presentations to top-executives
Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and concepts
Proven track-record delivering on responsibilities listed in this role
Outstanding problem-solving skills and strong oral & written communication capability (ppt/doc)
Experience leading projects, and or teams, including managing and coaching talent
Proven ability to work effectively and build trust with Junior talent, key accounts & stakeholders

Your Pay:
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus and a cash-based long-term incentive. These variable pay opportunities are dependent upon the attainment of goals and objectives as determined by our Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
