About Training:
Your duties and assignments for this position are as follows:
1. Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Help coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
3. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
4. Assist in maintaining up-to-date HR documentation and compliance records.
5. Contribute to special HR projects as assigned by your HR Supervisor.
6. Provide support in HR initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee satisfaction.
7. Maintain and update employee records ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
