How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Pull and stage product for equipment assemblers. Prepare packages for shipment via common carrier. Replenish inventory following FIFO procedures. Maintain and keep warehouse clean and organized. Manage warehouse supplies such as boxes, bags, shipping material, etc. Learn product line by working with assemblers and assisting as required.
  • Pull and stage equipment/sieve orders using the printed bill of material.  Notify the Operations Manager of any inventory discrepancies.  

  • Prepare all outgoing packages for shipment to ensure that the product reaches the customer both functional and intact using the correct box size including proper levels of packing peanuts, and ensure that the outermost package is properly branded. 

  • Achieve zero shipping errors and shipment claims for improperly packaged product.

  • Assist receiver with putting new stock away using FIFO procedures (first in first out).  Keep shelves and drawers organized. Work with Operations Manager to relocate stock as necessary.

  • Fill repackaged sieve orders transferring molecular sieve from 55-gallon drums into proper containers based on the pick list/BOM.  Process consists of, but not limited to: weigh proper amount of sieve, seal the container, attach product label and enclose SDS, box if necessary and enclose packing slip and address label.

  • Fulfill equipment orders for non-assembly items.  Process consists of identifying product to be pulled using the BOM, labeling and packaging product and processing for shipment.

  • Maintains Warehouse by keeping aisles clear of debris, merchandise and other hazards; organizing inventory by type; processing and labeling merchandise; notifying Warehouse Manager of any overstock or potential stock out situations.

  • Completes all required paperwork according to policy and procedure

  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operation by keeping information confidential and adhering to the Corporate Compliance Program Standards.

  • Contributes to additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Are you a MATCH?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. 

  • Basic mechanical skills 

  • Computer skills 

  • Manual dexterity 

  • Read, comprehend gauges, and standard operating procedures 

  • Basic math skills are necessary to handle metric conversions. 

  • Excellent organizational skills 

  • Perform work without extensive supervision 

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.  

  • Self-starter with the ability to assess needs and follow-through.  

  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
