INVENTORY MANAGEMENT - TAT : 50%
• Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to Lexis Operations Guidelines.
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock.
• Maintain system record stock-bin with outsource service warehouse and ensure accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
• Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
• Put control measures in place to ensure mistakes, billing inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.
• Respond to sales inquiries on SEA distribution and on the GCRM sales orders deliverables; collect and analyse data to determine appropriate OTC fulfilment quantities; process orders for shipment complete.
• Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.
• Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS) for E-store stock planning.
• Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management.
• Nurture positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external 3PL Suppliers and support customer service when needed
• Metric Report Dashboard, implement metric report for process improvement on SEA inventory and distribution management.
• Support Asia BPS roadmap for print migration; complete UAT and SOP readiness.
• Respond to Product Creation stock entry via BPS for import (new sales / drop-shipment).
• Ensure SEA Inventory Controller SLA's & KPI’s are met and exceeded.
• Ad hoc job duties, they are typically not a part of your daily duties as an inv controller but may occupy a fair amount of your workday at certain times.
OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE- TAT : 25%
• Issue shipping instructions and provide routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
• Track and trace goods while they are en route to their destinations, expediting orders when necessary.
• Ensure distribution services are used in most cost-effective manner.
• Resolve customer complaints or problems: Respond to customers' or service agent' questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services
• Arrange for necessary shipping documentation and contact customs officials to effect release of shipments.
• Support operational activities with external stakeholders within WD team members
• Evaluate freight or inventory costs associated with transit times to ensure that costs are appropriate.
• Performs miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.
• Candidate also require now to learn print production processes, ensuring system Purchase Order raised for each print titles, quality check meeting LN-SLA, and close coordination with 3PL-WH/logistic delivery timelines are always met. This role will be pivotal in maintaining the seamless flow of our operations, and this role will contribute significant impact our overall BU success.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT / 3PL- TAT : 25%
• Manage the day-to-day supplier relationship with our 3rd party service provider (3PL) and distribution vendors.
• Work with Vendors, Fulfillment, Customer Service and Sales on monitoring logistics performance to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Devising ways to optimize inventory control, return management and claims fulfilment within W/D KPI's
• Set goals, expectations and measurements for performance to ensure warehouse/ distribution team are meeting business requirements.
• Ensure 3PL Service Team is compliant towards in/out bound rules plus monitor cost-efficient distribution services
