What You Will Do:

  • Utilize business program and project management techniques to implement business process improvements to meet rapidly changing requirements and priorities, providing the ability to meet department-wide mission needs.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with sister components through authentic engagement.
  • Execute fundamental business process tasks with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and key mission partners across complex organizational constructs to achieve component objectives.
  • Lead workstreams and project tasks in partnership with leaders and stakeholders, navigating high-pressure client situations and comprehensively strengthening and reinforcing a long-term strategic relationship.


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • THREE (3)+ years' of professional experience supporting DoD, the IC, or federal customers

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Previous experience supporting US Intelligence Community or Law Enforcement business process optimization efforts.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Adobe • Polished and professional communications skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight.
