Job Overview
As an expert for a particular editorial area, writes, edits and updates publications and databases under guidance.

Essential Functions
• Interviews relevant pharmaceutical executives regarding their respective company strategy for inclusion with IQVIA’ publications.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant product news from outside sources. Analyses complex specialist information to generate updates for databases.
• Meets production cycle deadlines.
• May mentor and coach other team members and manages freelancers.
• Provides feedback from external parties to internal IQVIA areas to develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Equivalent in pharmacology, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar degree, preferably with a science/medical background Req
• Two (2) years editorial experience in the healthcare environment. Req
• Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent editorial skills gleaned both from training and on-the-job application.
• Highly developed interviewing and interpersonal skills - able to represent IQVIA at the highest level externally.
• Technically proficient - Word, Excel, and use of the Internet.
