The RMIT UP Foundation Studies Program is delivered to an Australian Year 12 comparable standard. It is nationally recognised as a program that equips international students with the skills and capabilities to seek entry into higher education programs in Australia. This program is designed to prepare students for a seamless transition into a range of higher education programs. It develops a mix of discipline knowledge, academic English and study skills in a supportive, flexible and learner-centred environment. It aims to assist students to become independent, critical and lifelong learners and to maximise their potential for success in an Australian university context.
About the role
In this position, you will be responsible for the teaching delivery of two courses at RMIT UP; Data Analytics and Introduction to Software Development. Duties include assessment, monitoring academic progress of students, contributing to the development of the Foundation Studies curriculum and providing an outstanding student experience.
These courses are designed to assist Foundation STEM students develop the skills and knowledge necessary for further tertiary studies.
