Are you looking for an amazing opportunity to build a market-leading product? The Product Manager is responsible for Customer Data management of CoCounsel, our chat-based generative AI (GenAI) assistant that works across all customer workflows. 


Our mission with CoCounsel is to create professional grade AI Assistant that transforms the way of work for professionals across Legal, Tax, Risk & Fraud, and Media. We want to create a trusted AI Assistant to whom customers can confidently delegate complex work by simply telling CoCounsel what they need to accomplish, and it will draw from its vast, common “pool” of capabilities across products to get the job done. 


As a Product Manager, you will own strategy & roadmap for CoCounsel customer data management with enhanced data privacy & security including seamless integrations with Document Management Systems. You will be responsible for creating scalable, secure and user centered customer data management solution, making this an ideal role for those who are seeking meaningful product ownership.

About the Role

In this opportunity, as a Product Manager, CoCounsel Customer Data Management you will:  

  • Drive product vision, strategy by developing deep understanding of customer needs and market & technology trends for connecting CoCounsel experience to customer documents
  • Craft a roadmap clearly translate customer challenges & opportunities into roadmap that aligns with CoCounsel and TR business goals.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and measurable business outcomes
  • Partner with cross functional teams (technology, user experience design, marketing, sales, etc.) to execute the roadmap to deliver efficiently deliver high-value, innovative experiences
  • Be the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress.
  • Lead with leadership a feature/product ensuring its performance, reliability, and user delight.
  • Clearly define and communicate the problem, opportunity, and envisioned solution to customers, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with fellow product managers to create a unified CoCounsel experience across products.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities to integrate with external document management systems

About You

Successful Product Manager candidates will exhibit and show the aspiration to further develop the following skills:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience 
  • Able to analyze data and communicate with users to gather insights with ease, efficiency & comfortability
  • Have curiosity and interest in learning more about Gen AI
  • Experience building Enterprise SaaS products is a plus
  • Experience working with Document Management Solution is a plus
  • Legal understanding is a plus
