Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Network Administrator L1 to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and configuration of network devices and customer leased lines to ensure seamless connectivity. You will join a collaborative technical team dedicated to maintaining a robust and reliable infrastructure that supports our global operations.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Responsibility 1: Monitor and configure network devices, including Access and Trunk ports, to deliver high-performance connectivity and stable network environments.

  • Responsibility 2: Collaborate with technical stakeholders to implement network solutions and resolve connectivity issues across Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches.

  • Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies while performing troubleshooting and problem resolution in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a network administration or monitoring domain (Cisco Certified Network Associate level knowledge preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and the functional differences between Layer 2 and Layer 3 hardware.

  • Proven ability in problem-solving and situational analysis with the capacity to work effectively under minimum supervision.

  • Excellent communication skills and a readiness to support global operations through flexible, rotational shift work.
