Looking for a “driving style” consultant with exceptional skills in communication to be part of a team of aftermarket / aftersales service and product-as-a-service professionals in a global CoE.
You will work closely with the leadership and peers to deliver on the focus areas within Aftersales / aftermarket, develop new assets, offerings; and deliver best-practice projects to our clients.
Focus will be on leveraging the full suite of your expertise in areas such as Aftermarket analytics, process automation, and IT / sensor enabled process enablement across the aftersales value chain (e.g., spare parts management, warranty management, field service management, MRO / predictive maintenance, service & repair management, connected service, spare parts pricing).
Key responsibilities include:
Work and deliver on projects with best-in-class results in Aftermarket / Product-as-a-Service for our clients across the globe.
Work on tasks and activities assigned on business development / RFP opportunities.
Develop relevant assets and offerings in Aftermarket areas including (but not limited to) aftermarket service operations optimization, spare parts management, warranty management, field service management, MRO / predictive maintenance, service & repair management, connected service and spare parts pricing.
Develop analytics-driven solutions in Aftermarket that meet our clients’ needs in innovative ways.
Learn quickly under changing client demands, dynamic business needs and adapt to deliver the best solutions.
Handle ambiguous situations in projects effectively and steer the path forward through structured thought process.
Create "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents related to the relevant assets and offerings.
Guide junior analysts in the team on certain duties related to team level responsibilities and tasks, as needed.

Preferred Experience
4-6 years of experience of working in aftermarket service operations space across the functional areas mentioned above.
Techno-functional experience integrating the functional strategy and process layer with underlying technology solutions.
Experience of working in cross-functional and global teams, e.g., in large aftersales IT or analytics transformation programs.
Have demonstrated project and team leadership including successfully defining and implementing digital strategies in aftermarket value chain and different teams.
Project management skills/experience with focus on Agile methodology
General owner mentality, willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary.
Strong technical acumen and understanding of emerging disruptive technologies, like cloud computing, IoT, complex event analysis, advanced analytics etc.
IT / technology experience in relevant cloud or software solutions, e.g., AWS, Azure, Service Planning Solutions like PTC Servigistics, Field Service Management Solutions like ServiceNow, ServiceMax or IFS.
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired.
Analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
