Your 4 Strategic Pillars:

1. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Become the go-to expert on European market structures and competitor moves.

  • Conduct deep-dive Car Parc analyses to identify growth opportunities.

  • Actively participate in shaping the Mid-Term Plan (MTP) and Yearly Budget guidelines and support BUs for local implementation.

2. Portfolio & Range Excellence

  • Master the Product Life Cycle (PLC): from initial launch to phase-out.

  • Create sales pitches tailored to different European markets to support business acquisition.

  • Lead "Corrective Action Plans" (CAP) and support divisions in landing "Big Fish" (major key accounts).

3. Launch & Promotion Powerhouse

  • Prepare the launch of New Product with full data packages (TecDoc, OE cross-lists and communication materials).

  • Animate the market with European “Sell-in” and “Sell-out” promotion to boost sales

  • Create impactful marketing tools: from print and digital content to physical POS and customer conventions.

4. Commercial & Pricing Governance

  • Define pricing corridors and floor prices in collaboration with the pricing team. and ensure local implementation.

  • Act as the central point for RFQ (Request for Quotation) negotiations.

  • Liaise with product managers to secure the best product offer and cooperate with suppliers to ensure best commercial conditions.

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Master’s Degree from Business or Engineering School.

Experience: ~3 years in Trade Marketing or Product Management within a complex, multi-range environment.

International Mindset: You thrive in cross-cultural environments and are fluent in English.

Technical Edge:  You are an Excel expert capable of synthesizing complex data into clear strategic views to drive decision-making.

Soft Skills: You are a Team Player with the "mobilizing" energy needed to influence stakeholders without direct hierarchical links.
