Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as: 

THE ROLE

Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Conduct a thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests

• Perform daily portfolio monitoring

• Follow-up development of portfolio quality and initiate actions to keep portfolio quality on target level

• Assist in the testing and implementation of a new credit risk management platform and credit products

• Ensure continuous credit process evaluation and improvements

• Closely collaborate with Business units 

• Participate in projects to improve efficiency and quality

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Degree in economics or finance

• Experience in an analyst role (preferably credit)

• Proficiency and understanding of ERP systems

• Be an experienced MS Excel user

• Fluent English and Polish language

• Ability to teamwork, communicate and collaborate 

• Analytic mindset, strong stress handling ability

• Be an improvement and innovation-driven, independent, and lean orientated individual
