Work You’ll Do:

  • Operate a variety of machinery (parts, washer, metal lathe, bead blaster, etc.) to blueprint specifications 
  • Use job specific hand tools along with precision measuring tools 
  • Lift, position, and transport work piece with hoist and forklift. Must be able to lift 50+
  • Keep records of gearboxes, inspections, serial numbers, evaluations, locations, etc. 

  • Maintain equipment in good working condition reporting on issues, malfunctions, or defective parts 
  • Maintain plant standards in areas of safety, quality, delivery, cost, 5S, housekeeping, teamwork, and attendance 
  • Other duties may be assigned 

Basic qualifications

  • Must be able to drive a forklift
  • Must have assembly experience
  • Must be able to use precision measuring tools
  • Must be able to read blueprint
  • 1+ years of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have some basic understanding of manufacturing paint booths

Preferred Qualifications: 

  •  Forklift experience preferred 
  • 2+ years of assembly and 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred 
  • Dependable, honest, quick learner, good communication skills and team player 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including any days, shift, and weekends to ensure that the customer demand is met 
  • Ability to perform and interpret computer and RF functions 
  • Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace 
  • Basic computer skills 
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical school training desired
