McKesson is hiring a Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP)
The Sr. HR Business Partner provides/develops strategy and direction on a broad range of strategic HR services to the various McKesson PSaS (Pharma Solutions & Services) Leadership teams. The Sr. HRBP will work closely with multiple senior leaders to assess, anticipate, facilitate and inspire organizational and people related strategies. The individual must operate as a strong collaborator and consultant, leveraging relationship skills and business expertise, and provide solutions and recommendations to align, enable, and accelerate both short and long-term business/change objectives.
Key Responsibilities -
Responsible for partnering with executive leadership to drive forward the people agenda.
Ensures integration of strategy and solutions both within the business and in partnership with the HR CoEs and Shared Services.
Drives and influences strategic organizational objectives with senior leaders to evolve and align HR programs and operations within the business.
Coaches across senior leadership to enhance leadership abilities, relationships among teams/individuals, interpersonal communications and performance management.
Provides/delivers innovative and integrated HR practices around critical business issues.
Facilitates future-focused discussions on talent and culture of the organization.
Champions HR solutions with leadership and the businesses supported.
Acts as a problem-solving partner to the business.
Develops organization capacity for change and execution for the business.
Focuses on core HRBP work and engages with other HRBP leads, CoEs and Shared Services as needed to drive outcomes.
Brings data, analytics, benchmark and industry knowledge to business discussion recommendations.
Minimum Requirements -
7+ years of professional experience with planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills
Critical Skills -
Minimum 7 years of Human Resources experience
Prior HR experience in a complex healthcare setting
Ability to navigate and influence within a complex, matrixed organization
Strong consulting skills
Strong business and financial acumen
Strong with data and analytics
Prior experience supporting senior executive teams with a track record of proactive decision making and driving results through strong leadership skills
Demonstrated strategic, critical, analytical and innovative thinking skills
Strong change and talent management experience
Exceptional detail orientation and communication skills with the ability to operate at all levels of the organization
Additional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities -
Change Management Certification such as CCMP, Prosci, etc. preferred
Ability to facilitate and lead org design work with Senior Leaders
Communications experience to include writing and crafting messages for a variety of audiences is a plus
