As an SAP Finance Lead, you will be responsible for Finance end to end through the SAP implementation lifecycle, using Activate method. You’ll be good at translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using your in-depth knowledge of Finance. Collaborating with other functional leads, leading a team of finance consultants, and advising clients on both innovative and practical solutions is just some of what you will do every day. You will ultimately be responsible for developing a solution that supports the requirements and ensures their business is set up for success.

Job description:

  • Utilize your expertise, knowledge of SAP Best Practices as well as industry to analyze client requirements and provide top-notch guidance in Finance Solution, with a particular focus on S/4HANA  Finance integration and optimization.
  • Offer expert support throughout the project implementation to ensure excellence and client satisfaction, particularly in the deployment and customization of S/4HANA solutions.
  • Lead and manage a finance solution build team to achieve the solution for the client, ensuring seamless S/4HANA integration and performance.

Responsible for:

  • SAP Finance Lead with 8+ years of experience
  • Experience as FIN lead in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects with multiple companies roll-out approach
  • Experience in coordinating both onshore and offshore resources
  • Very good functional knowledge of all the FIN processes GL, AA, AR, AP, CO, BCM, TRM, Consolidation
  • Consolidation/Planning/PS/Product Costing skills, preferable but not mandatory
  • Experience in managing the integration with other SAP modules
  • Capability to manage the relationship with the key stakeholders GPO, CFO, and IT
  • Ability to manage multiple streams in parallel

Essential Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification; Activate; Clean Core or Finance
  • Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Solution Planning and end to end program lifecycle
  • Must have S/4HANA Greenfield implementation experience; ideally with some oil and gas industry experience
