About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst – ServiceNow to join our fast-growing IT Applications team. In this role, you will work closely with business partners and ServiceNow Developers to align technology solutions with business needs. Based on a deep understanding of the business, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical / functional requirements in the form of stories for the Development Team, as you assist with designing, managing, and improving our ServiceNow application. With your ServiceNow expertise, you will design and implement features that enable our ITSM, HR, Finance Legal teams and more. You will also define the scope of technical projects and oversee execution. Our mission is to implement and optimize systems and applications that make it easier to do business at CrowdStrike.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap, and coordinate and execute projects and enhancements.
Provide strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, evaluate options, and guide the business in order to design and deliver quality, scalable and supportable solutions.
Own functional tasks and deliverables, including: process definition, requirements gathering, vendor selection, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement of business applications.
Create and maintain project, application and requirements documents in line with ServiceNow development best practices.
Work to drive adoption and alignment across the company’s business processes and systems.
Ensure the consistency and quality of automation related data across ServiceNow and integrated systems.
Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
10+ years of experience implementing, configuring and administering SaaS business systems for a software company, with at least 4 years of ServiceNow experience.
Demonstrable knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL best practice for Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Configuration and Asset Management
Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership.
Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience.
Experience with SLDC methodologies like Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
Strong knowledge and understanding of the ServiceNow platform, eco-system and best-practices
Proficiency in building ServiceNow reports and dashboards
Bonus Points:
ServiceNow certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Micro certifications)
Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics
Experience of ServiceNow CMDB
Understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
ITIL Foundation V3 or higher
