Description:

To collaborate with Micron tool owners and external vendors to maintain and upkeep all the CMP spare parts in a digitalized environment

Scope:

During the internship, the intern will have the opportunity to be exposed to

• multiple types of CMP spare parts
• several Micron platforms
• collaborate with the spares owner to establish a business plan on how CMP can manage the in and out of the CMP spare parts.

Project Vision:

With the completion of this CIP project, we expect to see an improvement in the time taken by our team members to search, retrieve and manage our spare parts.

Deliverable:

Improve productivity and work efficiency by improving CMP spare parts management.
