Working experience (voice and back-office support) in the BPO/Contact Center industry
Preferred background in Securities Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education (e.g trade processing, trade booking, brokerage services, derivatives, fixed income, etc)
Flexible to blended set-up, primarily inbound calls with processing/back-office functions
Amenable to work on a permanent night shift and permanent weekends off
Amenable to onsite reporting in Five Neo Building 31st Street BGC Taguig City
Job Expectations:
Support inbound calls received via Advisory Support line on queries regarding Advisory Services Programs. Queries relate to Fee Billing, Advisory Programs, Account Termination and Switches, Maintenance and Ongoing Billing of Advisory Programs.
Processing and Maintenance of Advisory Programs submitted via Service Requests (SR) routed through the Front Office portal - 2IDW and MAST II. These SRs can be new account inception/enrollment and program switches, maintenance of existing programs, termination and cancellation of Advisory Programs, and ongoing billing of Advisory accounts.
