Team Description

Finance FP&A team is looking for a detailed oriented, results driven to join the team. This position reports to the Finance Director and work closely with Travel Solutions team. The role will require the ability to quickly digest and manipulate large data sets to confidently explain complex concepts. Primarily focused on Revenue, customer incentives, operating expenses, and cash flow.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual plans as well as multi-year models
  • Prepare and analyze Monthly, quarterly and annual Regional P&L
  • Partner with Commercial teams as well as Central Finance team to capture inputs and deliver financial information on monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc basis.
  • Prepare consolidated reports for close and forecast with clear exposure of variances, trends and key stories.
  • Conduct complex financial analysis based on ad-hoc requests from Senior Leadership
  • Develop financial models
  • Perform financial audits

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Advanced English both verbal and written
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field of study; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working with globally diverse teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to tell the story and communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion Essbase, and/or other Business Intelligence and data visualization tools
  • Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment, having comfort with ambiguity
