The Role

An exciting opportunity for a Delivery Lead/Product Owner - Data to join Resolution Life and lead our Enterprise Data Management squad.

The role requires you to be data savvy, managing data integration processes, ensuring seamless data flow between systems. Understanding data warehouse structures and data methods is crucial in this role.

Some of the things you will be accountable for include:

  • Be a strong advocate for the “Resolution Life Way” and our agile ways of working, driving connections across the business

  • Understand requirements within the squad and facilitate squad meetings

  • Have accountability for defining and prioritising requirements (stories) in squad’s backlog

  • Provide technical data leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed

  • Establish and enforce data quality standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data

  • Mentor and guide a team of Data Architects, Engineers and Analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment

  • Reprioritize roadmaps - managing trade-offs, ensuring dependencies are managed & there are no delivery risks

  • Interact with other squads to plan and implement cross-squad tasks

What you bring:

Prior experience working as a Delivery Lead, Product Owner or within a Project Management capacity – you love data and are comfortable working within a high change, fast paced Agile environment.

You will also have:

  • Ability to work with and understand data architecture, and its upstream and downstream impacts on a business

  • Strategic thinking that can problem solve and articulate value propositions and solutions

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build internal networks and influence outcomes

  • Experience with working with regulatory requirements and an understanding of their importance to the insurance industry

  • You have been involved in company mergers involving data migration
