T. Rowe Price is seeking a Sr. Product Manager who will be responsible for managing and optimizing Human Resource’s Digital Solutions to meet the needs of the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). In this newly created role which is part of our HR Business Enablement team, the Sr. Product Manager will act as a bridge between HR, IT, and other departments, ensuring that the HRIS systems enhance HR operations, support strategic goals, streamline processes and support HR Vision Drivers.
The Sr. Product Manager will oversee the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing management of our digital solutions. This role will involve working closely with HR, Corp Technology, and vendors to build digital roadmaps and implement solutions that supports the organization’s strategic goals, improves HR processes, and delivers an exceptional user experience. The successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert for HR technology and provide technical support for end-users as well as leading and guiding the work of a team of Product Owners.

This role is eligible for full-time remote work, with preference for candidates within a commutable distance from Owings Mills, MD as they will on occasion be required to attend in office meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Product Roadmap: Develop and manage the HRIS product roadmap, aligning it with the organization’s goals and HR strategy.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Corp Technology and external vendors to understand business needs, recommend solutions, and implement changes.
System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and automation to streamline HR processes and increase efficiency.
Data Integrity & Security: Ensure data accuracy, compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and system security, and resolve data discrepancies when they occur.
Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and support to HR users and other employees on the HRIS platform, ensuring users can fully leverage system capabilities.
Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate with People Analytics and business units on reporting, data and analytics needs.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 8+ years of total relevant work experience
Prior supervisory experience.
Preferred
Relevant experience in HR Technology, HRIS management or product ownership or product management in HR
Relevant HRIS certifications or training (e.g., Workday, beqom, Cornerstone.)
Proven experience with HR systems such as Workday, Service Now or ADP.
Agile methodology and project management experience, especially in transformation, implementations or upgrades.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.

Base salary ranges:
$146,000.00 - $248,000.00 for the location of: California, New YorkPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
