Job Description:

Job description (heading)

  • Assist in the administrative request of Leader Development Team from creation of QR Code Link to consolidation and Processing of Attendance
  • Processing of No Show Deduction/Fee
  • Process Leader Development event registration

Preferred skills (heading)

  • Knowledgeable in Excel Worksheet (VLOOKUP).
  • Good writing and communication skills in responding to inquires and emails.
  • Good organization and process skills.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • College Graduate
  • 1 year experience similar to administrative or handling logistics position.

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

  • Staff must be able to learn the complexity of task or step-by-step process of the different assigned task e.g.   registration, manual attendance upload, processing of no show fee and billing etc.
