We are seeking a bright, self-motivated person who is familiar with Web and windows-based application support having knowledge on XML, XSL, RDBMS using SQL Server, Burp suite, IIS, Windows Services and other technologies like Ethical hacking and F12 Developer tool to join Application support team. Also need to take care of deploying application across client environments using various automation tools like step functions using AWS and Citrix.

This is an amazing opportunity to develop your skillset in a large enterprise environment. You will be supporting our application support, and automation platforms used to provide technical support to our clients across the globe. You will play a crucial role as a valued member of a collaborative team, ensuring our deployed applications are running in PROD as expected without any interruption. This is a hands-on operational role with the opportunity to grow and develop your skillset using our extensive pool of resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure to monitor and respond to the client reported issues on priority based using standard ticketing tools.
  • Analyze/review the client reported issue and set up call with client in case further clarifications required with the issue reported.
  • Major Incident Management - Trigger the Escalation Process Accordingly in case of failure with the Initial Support. Responsible for Major Incident Management. Initiating, Coordinating and Participating in Major Incident Management Process and Working on Postmortem/RCA Report.
  • Ensure to perform BCP activities, SSO setup, SSRS configuration, Purging and Archive when needed.
  • Document the issue replication steps and provide the same to next level team to fix the issue. This is most important and helps to next level team in replicating the issues.
  • Ensure to take care of end-to-end product Installations/upgrades/Migrations with appropriate check list at various stages of runbooks.
  • Ensure to take care of backup & restore procedures and disaster recovery plans, to ensure continuous operation of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Candidates should be university degree level educated or equivalent and have a proven track record of software implementation experience gained ideally from a sell-side environment.
  • 5+ years of practical experience in Cloud operations.
  • Experience in web/windows-based application support for various applications.
  • Awareness of F12 Developer tools, postman/swagger to debug API driven applications.
  • Familiar with RDBMS tools using SQL Server to understand the database structure to debug stored procedures and functions along with all basic SQL operational statements.
  • Familiar with basic ethical hacking knowledge and knowledge on using burp suite.
  • Familiar with Windows and/or Linux systems administration
  • Familiar with XML, XSL, and Java script tools to analyse the client reported issues.
  • Experience of working in financial services or similar domain is desirable.
  • Familiar with other application debugging tools and application performance tool is an added advantage.
