LogicMonitor is seeking a determined and adept Strategic Finance & Operations Manager to drive critical decision-making, champion the evolution of key investor relations metrics, and own the development of LM’s long-range plan. As a core member of the CFO's team, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, including the VP of Finance, Corporate Controller, CIO, and VP of Business Operations, to orchestrate impactful strategies and reporting initiatives.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Support the development of LM's long-range planning model, including key SaaS and strategic investment success metrics, in collaboration with the CFO and Finance team.
  • Define and manage real-time KPI tracking to ensure efficient resource allocation across FP&A, Accounting, IT, and Business Operations.
  • Conduct complex financial analyses, such as "what-if" scenarios, to guide strategic decisions.
  • Research market trends and analyze financial and operational performance of comparable companies, consolidating insights for quarterly earnings scripts.
  • Partner with the CFO to create presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Finance, Business, or Economics required; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, consulting, M&A, or high-growth SaaS enterprises.
  • Strong preference for experience in Corporate Planning, Go-to-Market/Business Operations, or SaaS metrics reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and independent approach.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable steps.
  • Capable of balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite), Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.
