ROLE SUMMARY
With the latest approval of the novel non-factor asset, HYMPAVZI (marstacimab) expanding Pfizer’s non gene therapy hemophilia portfolio, this role will be pivotal in coordinating the strategic alignment and portfolio coordination for the consumer marketing execution across the franchise. HYMPAVZI is a transformative agent for hemophilia that promotes clotting activity by targeting an anticoagulant protein called tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI). The ideal candidate will bring strong consumer marketing expertise, RD or specialty care experience, and a demonstrable ability to build and execute strategies and initiatives that maximize consumer engagement and activation while tracking outcome metrics.
The director will be responsible for Consumer strategy development and tactical execution of personal and non-personal promotion to hemophilia patients and broader patient community. This role will manage complexities across the portfolio dealing with both Hem A and Hem B dynamics and factor and non factor MOAs and will devise critical strategies to maintain the Hem non GTx portfolio connection with the patient community
