Job Summary

    The Account Manager II, Physician & Leadership streamlines the process for healthcare professional placement; converts qualified candidates to applications, and presents the top candidates to account managers while managing relationships with active candidates to drive growth in revenue and market share.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Prioritizes leads generated from cold calls into hospitals and skilled nursing facilities to prospect and qualify healthcare professionals, via high-volume phone calls by demonstrating credibility in the marketplace and the ability to place invaluable jobs.
    • Consults and educates healthcare professionals via an effective discovery strategy and building rapport, to match them to open job orders to drive placements and achieve profitable margins.
    • Calculates assignment margin and negotiates placement package (i.e., pay rate, per-diem, travel, housing) with the Regional Account Manager (RAM) and, if applicable Regional Vice President, to achieve divisional profit margin expectations.
    • Presents files detailing relevant work history, skills, and intangible qualities for healthcare professionals to Regional Account Managers (RAMs) to highlight the best fit for the orders and place them strategically.
    • Proactively engages unique marketing (i.e., reverse marketing) to increase job orders for unique submittals.
    • Nurtures relationships with healthcare professionals as primary internal point of contact for those on assignment; responding to their needs using standard process solutions including advising them to the best points of contact within the Operations teams (Housing, Payroll, QS, Benefits, Reimbursement) for high touch-point follow-through and customer satisfaction to establish a professional network and leverage referrals.
    • Partners with sales training and leadership to discuss performance metrics, give praise & feedback, and develop or adjust strategies to reach goals with new Recruiting Consultants.
    • Participates as a subject matter authority to help identify or present viewpoints on current processes.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in a healthcare staffing role
      • Experience in a management or supervisory role
      • Experience building strong business relationships with key partners and decision-makers, experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $23.00 - $28.50 Hourly

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

        This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.  Please ask your recruiter for more information.
