Position Summary
1. Implement Paid media operation effectively/efficiently optimized by measuring/analyzing/improving performance of each advertising media, and maximize the inflow of potential customers.Role and Responsibilities
1. [Digital Media Operation] Participate in activities to attract potential customers and increase their purchase through laying out strategies to increase the customer inflow/purchase rate, along with planning/operating campagins using paid digital media, as well as
2. [Advertisement Effect Analysis] Analyze how dotcom customers wind up making a purchase (inflow-experience-purchase and digital media's effect/efficiency.
3. [Dotcome Experience Improvement] Perform improvement activities including Search Engine Optimization(SEO), loading performance enhancement and UX optimization under the strategies to enhance customer purchase experience.
Skills and Qualifications
• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
• Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
