About the Role

Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through banks to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives

1、 同网点职员建立 良好关系 ，维护网点关系，达成既定的 个人 业绩目标
2、 组织网点培训和执行各类客户活动
3、协助理财 经理 达成既定的业绩目标
4、为网点提供客户分层管理专业意见
5、 辅导网点 理财经理 完成保单销售和客户服务
6、 按公司规定参加培训及 会议 完成 活动量管理工作

任职资格
1、 大专及以上学历
2、通过公司和 监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考试
3、3 年以上市场营销经验（有银行保险经验者优先录用）
4、 熟悉保险及金融业务知识
5、较强的沟通协调能力 。
