KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES主要职责:

Performs purchasing functions, which may include, but are not limited to, MRO material Sourcing and procurement, supplier selection and distribution, request for quotation to vendor, price comparison and negotiation, Purchasing requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO)maintenance and release, delivery date tracking, contract preparation and management. Focuses resources on problem analysis and solving, cooperate with cross functions to support NPI and CI project to make sure materials shipment at right quality, right quantity, right time. Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating internal customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.

REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能：

Excel, Word, Good English in reading and writing.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Data analysis and generate the reports as required.
• System and data maintenance on designated field.
• Understand the basis business process in certain area.
• Follow up on certain supplier delivery.
• Assist to arrange team activity.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
