Infobip in Paris is looking for one apprentice to join our Solution Engineering team!
We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Solution Engineering Apprentice to join our Solution Engineering team. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses good communication skills, and is eager to assist in driving our sales initiatives. This internship will provide you with exposure to real-world sales scenarios, technical product knowledge, and the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Sales team to understand client needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Assist in preparing and delivering technical presentations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products/services.
Collaborate with Sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process.
Support the creation of technical documentation and sales materials.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive offerings.
Shadow experienced Solution Engineers and gain insights into effective sales strategies.
Assist in responding to technical queries and requests from potential clients.
Continuously update your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and technologies.
Design and implement client solutions using cutting edge technology and project management methodologies.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Strong interest in technology and its application in a sales context.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English and French language.
Able to work 3 days per week in the office.
Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex concepts.
Problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions to clients' challenges.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
