Our Clinical Recruiting team is looking to add the following roles to the team:

  • Clinical Recruiter, focused on mental health therapist.
  • Psychiatrist Recruiter, exceptional at Physician/MD Recruitment and relationships.   
  • Psychiatric Advance Practice Provider Recruiter.
  • Clinical Support/Geode office roles Recruiter.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking and referrals.
  • Own and drive the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. We aspire for every applicant to leave feeling valued and respected, whether the get the job, or not.
  • Partner with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and present the top qualified candidate slate.
  • Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system.
  • Build long term pipelines of talent for the hires we need today, and tomorrow. As one Provider nears capacity, we are ready to add in another.
  • Pre-close and close candidates with transparency to the business on likelihood to close of those we are ready to bring on.
  • It is recruiting, you know the drill.

  • Experience driving selection decisions, interview process and hiring debriefs.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Clinical/Healthcare/Provider professional recruitment experience.
  • Application tracking system utilization. Yes, we will expect you to enter recruiting life cycle information in our ATS, Workday Recruiting.
  • Knowledge of mental health space preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate candidate flow via sourcing, referral, generation and marketing.
  • A realistic assessment of the best fit, for them and us.
