10The Role: Regional People Partner
The Location: Gurgaon
The Team: People team is responsible for providing strategic support to the business in all people/talent related matters. People Partners share the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery along with business. As a team, we collaborate and work together to drive the business agenda.
The Impact: The People Partner position provides direct People/HR management and support for assigned business units/teams. Day-to-day the position maintains responsibility for a range of People activity focused on successfully engaging, developing and retaining top talent.

There is immense learning opportunity for the candidate as the organization continues to evolve. As a People Partner, one will work and collaborate with People team members across geographies. The successful candidate will own the implementation of People priorities for the assigned client groups. She/he must also partner with internal specialists, COE's and external resources to drive human capital plans and programs in a complex environment. This role provides advice and counsel to employees and People Leaders regarding People matters. The position is responsible for partnering on talent development, rewards & recognition, performance management and compensation to ensure that People initiatives support the business strategy and attainment of business goals.
Responsibilities
Coordination and management of wide range of People activities across a global, diverse set of functions/teams; partner with Regional & Global People colleagues to ensure global agenda is achieved while managing local requirements.
Provide direct and indirect insight to leadership and their teams on complex people issues, including but not limited to employee relations, talent development, retention and recruitment strategies, with the ability to recognize and involve specialist members of other resources within People team where appropriate.
Design and deliver creative People solutions that assist in sustaining a positive working environment to foster employee engagement.
Facilitate implementation of training & development programs and strategies, utilizing global internal resources and external resources as appropriate, to support improved business performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.
Develop human capital plan to execute business goals: define needs, organizational profile, and build talent mindset within organization.
Drive the Performance Management Process with employees and People Leaders. Facilitate review sessions with management to ensure consistency and equity across client groups.
Counsel employees and People Leaders in areas of performance improvement and in identifying training and development opportunities. Coach People Leaders to manage employee performance issues.
Consult with employees and People Leaders on a wide variety of employee relations issues and work with the management teams to create a positive employee relations environment
What We’re Looking For:
Data analysis and interpretation skills.
Strong Conflict Resolution and Decision-Making capabilities.
Ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately, exercise discretion as appropriate, and remain sensitive to individual situations.
A track record of success as an ambassador of change in a complex, fast-paced and results-driven global organization.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including strong presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to provide solutions to issues that are consistent with our compliance, legislative and organizational frameworks.
The ability to manage projects through to successful conclusion, using sound judgment and autonomy where appropriate.
Bachelor’s degree preferred and 8+ years of progressive Human Resources generalist experience.
Possess a sound knowledge of employment law, policy development, recruitment and resourcing, supported by the ability to clearly and concisely explain these to non-People staff in a credible way, and to be able to advise on practical application of such, suitable to the business area concerned.
