About the Role

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong background in tech/IT recruitment to join our team on a 1-year contract.

As an individual contributor, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent, navigating a dynamic corporate environment, and managing a high volume of vacancies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape, proven success in full-cycle recruitment, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for tech/IT roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

  • Manage a high volume of vacancies while ensuring timely delivery and quality of candidates.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build talent pipelines.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices.

  • Utilize data-driven recruitment techniques to make informed decisions and continuously improve the hiring process.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors as needed.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and the tech talent market to remain competitive in attracting top-tier candidates.

  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to support overall talent strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on tech/IT recruitment.

  • Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) or corporate environment, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes efficiently.

  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods, tools, and technologies for recruiting tech talent.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with recruitment metrics and reporting tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in tech hiring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting across various regions or global markets.

  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
