Help Red Hat build a dynamic, successful, go-to-market program globally. We are seeking an experienced candidate eager to drive joint sales motions between Dell’s & Red Hat’s global sales organisations and our mutual partner ecosystem.
The Red Hat Ecosystem Team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our growing Global Partner Ecosystem Success team, focusing on scaling go-to-market motions with Dell. Red Hat and Dell have recently launched exciting new hybrid cloud offerings via Dell APEX Cloud Platform for OpenShift. This team will drive the creation and execution of go-to-market programs for this and subsequent offerings. Qualifications include a strong program and project management background, credible experience working with sales teams at a global scale, hands-on skills with the creation of pipeline generation via sales and marketing tactics, ability to guide and manage relative go-to-market KPIs, and experience with sales pipeline management processes and tools.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute GTM motions aligned with the partner strategy and business plan

  • Engage all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Services, etc.) and decision makers, to drive successful go-to-market execution.

  • Leverage sales pipeline analytics to inform progress and further refine GTM motions

  • Coordinate with partner and product marketing organizations prioritize, guide, and execute sales plays and campaigns to build pipeline

  • Orchestrate sales and marketing organizations motions for GTM

  • Work with relevant stakeholders on offering related topics as it pertains to operationalizing partner offerings including support enablement, field enablement, etc.

  • Build strategic alignment with industrial edge partner’s channel to drive go-to-market programs, solutions development, field enablement and technical alignment

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of experience in program and project management with a focus on technology sales enablement and pipeline generation

  • Consistent track record delivering meaningful and measurable results, on a global scale.

  • Prior experience working with OEM, Solution Integrator, and Channel Partner sales leadership. 

  • Working knowledge of relevant technology, such as Kubernetes and Linux, as it relates to Red Hat’s products and portfolio.  

  • Ability to work across multiple teams and multiple geographies within Red Hat and with Dell externally

  • Creative and curious with a sense of humor and a professional attitude
