The opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy as a Technical Program Management Office (PMO) Experienced Professional and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the specific market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. You'll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. • You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

• You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

• You will lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.

• You will identify and mitigate risks, manage changes, and resolve issues proactively.

• You will monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and budget adherence.

• You will facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across departments

• You will conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

• You will facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

• You will provide regular updates to leadership and ensure stakeholder alignment.

• You will support continuous improvement in project processes and cross-team collaboration.

• You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• You hold a bachelor's degree and above, majoring in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Automation related subjects. Power grids related system & product knowledge plus.

• Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. TR market knowledge plus.

• Strong interpersonal competence to build up, extend and enhance strong customer relationships.

• Strong proficiency in project management tools.

• Managerial experience will be plus and strong leadership for calibration with various stakeholders, result-orientated, self-driven.

• Good English & MS Office level and could adapt to frequent travels.
