The Senior Program Delivery Professional will provide program management and operational oversight for Stars integration within Insurance Operations, CenterWell, Enterprise Growth and/or Strategy Advancement verticals of Stars Enterprise Activation. This role supports timely execution of projects aligned with Humana’s enterprise Stars strategy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Program Delivery Support:  

• Manage the delivery of Stars-related projects within Stars Enterprise Activation, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met. 

Risk & Issue Management:  

• Support identification of risk and mitigation strategies  

Governance & Reporting:  

• Maintain program dashboards, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to the team.  

Continuous Improvement:  

• Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and increase Stars performance outcomes.  

Required Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field  

• 5+ years in program/project management within healthcare or insurance operations 

• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and effectively manages multiple workstreams to ensure timely, high quality outcomes 

• Experience working independently with multiple stakeholders from across the organization

• Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms

• Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint  

Desired Qualifications  

• Master’s degree  

• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CPHQ  

• Project management experience  

• Ability to work independently to successfully implement strategy/operation across highly matrixed organization  

• Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of the Stars program
