The Senior Program Delivery Professional will provide program management and operational oversight for Stars integration within Insurance Operations, CenterWell, Enterprise Growth and/or Strategy Advancement verticals of Stars Enterprise Activation. This role supports timely execution of projects aligned with Humana’s enterprise Stars strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Delivery Support:
Manage the delivery of Stars-related projects within Stars Enterprise Activation, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
Risk & Issue Management:
Support identification of risk and mitigation strategies
Governance & Reporting:
Maintain program dashboards, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to the team.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and increase Stars performance outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
5+ years in program/project management within healthcare or insurance operations
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and effectively manages multiple workstreams to ensure timely, high quality outcomes
Experience working independently with multiple stakeholders from across the organization
Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree
Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CPHQ
Project management experience
Ability to work independently to successfully implement strategy/operation across highly matrixed organization
Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of the Stars program
