Evaluate a new or existing client’s exposures and controls and act as an advocate in helping them mitigate any gaps. This includes conducting risk management surveys which involve collecting a variety of information on new accounts. It also involves auditing their safety manuals, procedures, and policies. Servicing existing clients includes performing site walkthroughs designed to identify gaps in coverage, safety, and compliance issues as they conduct their day-to-day operations.
