Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will be responsible for managing work assignments, driving people management activities, and ensuring service delivery quality and cost. Your typical day will involve working with Cloud Infrastructure and utilizing your expertise in AWS Architecture and Administration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Assign and manage work assignments for the delivery team. - Drive people management activities for the delivery team. - Manage service delivery quality and cost. - Utilize expertise in Cloud Infrastructure to ensure successful service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: AWS Architecture and AWS Administration. - Strong understanding of service management principles. - Experience in managing service delivery quality and cost. - Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in service management, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful service delivery solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
