Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements and best practices.
Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality.
Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation cycles, including project planning, requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and deployment.
Client Engagement:
Act as the primary consultant for clients, understanding their HCM needs, and translating them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, advising on strategies, trends, and best practices within Oracle Cloud HCM.
Provide leadership and guidance to client teams, addressing questions, concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Functional Expertise:
Provide expert-level functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Learning Management, Compensation, Workforce Management, and Recruiting.
Work with clients to optimize their use of Oracle Cloud HCM to enhance their HR processes and employee experiences.
Oversee data migration and integration efforts, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, including at least 3 years in a senior consulting role.
Proven experience in leading full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Extensive experience in configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting, and Workforce Management.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM integration tools and data migration processes.
Advanced English skills
Skills & Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM functionality and architecture.
Strong understanding of HR business processes, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation management, learning, and performance management.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex client issues and provide tailored solutions.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus (e.g., Oracle Cloud HCM Certified Implementation Specialist).
