The Hybrid Healthcare Representative will be responsible for promoting and creating demand among identified specialists for the ethical products in the assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives
• spearhead planning and implementation of all CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, product presentations within the assigned territories
• develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs)
• develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning MD calls and implementation of programs
• develop territory-based programs to improve understanding on assigned products
• monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities
• prepare and submit operational/admin reports
• perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior
• adheres to company values and policies at all times
Qualifications Required:
• College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course
• With at least 2 years experience as PHR
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good interpersonal skills
• With valid Med Rep PRC
• With valid driver's license
• Willing to travel and be assigned in Cebu South (CHH, VSMMC)/Boho/Dumaguete
