The Role:
As an Category Manager in Procurement and Supply Chain, your primary responsibility is to leverage our customer spend in the Resourcing category, ensuring optimal commercial advantage. This role involves providing expert management and advisory services to benefit our customers' organizations in achieving their business objectives. You will work in a dynamic, hands-on capacity, collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic value.
Reporting directly to the Account Director. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Account Director to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
This role is home-based, emphasizing flexibility and autonomy. However, periodic travel across the UK is expected to facilitate in-person engagements with customers and suppliers.
